Cole-TAC, LLC is a tactical accessory manufacturer founded in 2015. Cole-TAC was in need of a website re-design to help improve their e-commerce store’s conversion rate, as well as search engine optimization services to increase traffic, and a custom product builder for their customizable suppressor cover products.

Custom E-Commerce Website Design
After implementing a refreshed design, Cole-TAC went from a company that sells soft goods to a well branded New Hampshire, USA-based company with a website that represents their products’ quality. This was no small operation when we started working with them, but since putting the website in place and moving them off of Shopify, we have helped them to focus more on their company while the website does some of the heavy lifting for them, all while helping them with their production flow.

Search Engine Optimization
Since starting SEO services for Cole-TAC we have increased their traffic from Google by 25% year-over-year. This may sound small but this is good traffic coming from very relevant sources. While traffic has gone up 25%, the revenue contribution from Google has gone up by 57%. The conversion rate from Google traffic has gone up 16.79%. Simply put, out of every 100 people getting to the site 16 out of each 100 people visiting the site who were not making a purchase before are now spending money. Even better, 25% more people are going there!

E-mail Remarketing
Putting the right tools in place to retain business from customers you already have is crucial. We devised a plan to do just this and the end result was amazing. We deployed abandoned cart email services and customer review requests and have generated over $23,000 in sales from people who otherwise may never have made a purchase.
