As we continue to grow and support more customers, we want to eliminate asking you the same questions over and over again. The following questions are designed for us to establish a day of the week that is good to perform maintenance on the site.

Any large maintenance windows can be done outside of normal business hours, these are for ongoing and routine updates that may interrupt normal site traffic momentarily. If anything is going to disrupt traffic we will always reach out or setup a time outside of this if it is not routine maintenance.

Maintenance updates are already done during normal business hours and not scheduled, so we are just looking for a day it would least disrupt your business should we ever have an issue while doing them.
